JAMES BAY PADDLE AND CRUISE $145/person + taxes
Join us on the Pride of Victoria as we board the elegant powered Catamaran for a trip to Prevost National Park Reserve.
The fully licensed Catamaran takes us from the Sea Plane Government dock in Ganges to James Bay, snack and finger food are provided on board. We will set anchor in the protected waters of James Bay and get into our Kayaks, paddling around Peile Point and heading to the seal Colony at Hawkins Island. There is even a chance to see the Orcas in this area. We view fabulous intertidal life, and get to experience viewing the east side of the National Park which few folks venture around. You will have two interpretive guides escorting you on the water and on board the crew of the Pride of Victoria will go out of their way to ensure your trip is pleasant and comfortable. This is a special program put together by Island Escapades and Salt Spring Tours specifically for this Long Weekend.

September 5th 10:00 - 3:00 Prevost National Park Lunch Paddle & Cruise $185/person + taxes
Sunday will be a special day for adventuring off Salt Spring as we have planned an amazing program of Dining, Paddling and Cruising on the Pride of Victoria.
Join Island Escapades and Salt Spring Tours for a Paddle around Red Islet, one of the prettiest midden beaches in the Gulf Islands, and then paddle out to the Mid Channel Islets where seals abound and we have chances to view porpoise, mink, otter and an array of intertidal species and marine birds. We board the Pride of Victoria, a coast Guard certified 45' Catamaran and head out of Ganges Harbour to the Prevost National Park. Your Paddling Guides will act as naturalists on board and when we get out to the south east side of Prevost we will load into our kayaks and paddle around the Reserve. If winds are an issue we will load in Glenthorne Bay and enjoy the lee shore and the pristine bays and protected inlets of Prevost Island. Lunch will be served on board and wine and drinks are available for purchase. This is truly an adventure not to be missed!!
