2 Hr Goat Island Tour

Spectacular introduction to some of the wonders of Salt Spring Island. Crossing Ganges Harbour we head over to Goat Island, a private nature reserve where we explore the bountiful intertidal zone; usually viewing seals and Bald Eagles. On the west side of Deadman’s Island we paddle past sandstone rock formations before returning.

3 Hr Chocolate Beach Tour

On the Chocolate Beach tour we go out past Goat Island to a white shell beach. Choclate Beach has a tropical feel and is perfect for our provided snack of tea, juice and fresh muffins. After stretching our legs it’s back into the Kayaks to travel along the west side of Deadman Island viewing the sandstone formations and the Walter’s Bay Bird Sanctuary.

5 Hr Marine Park Tour

On this paddle we get furthur outside the shelters of Ganges Harbour and see morepristine coastline and get lots of chances to view intertidal life, marine mammals such as mink, seals, sea lions and the occasional porpoise or Orca whale sightings. Our group will stop at the Marine Park for an exquisite picnic which samples the local flavours of Salt Spring’s Bakeries, Wineries and Cheese factories. We then return back to Salt Spring Air in Ganges for your air transit back to Vancouver.
